Industrial printing and flexible packaging lines face growing execution pressure as sustainability requirements, material changes, tighter specifications and uptime demands converge on daily operations. Innvestio meets manufacturers at this pressure point as a technical and execution partner, coordinating suppliers, materials, `equipment and service into one coherent operating system.

How does Innvestio position itself as a technical and execution partner for manufacturers?

To support that role, Innvestio tracks macro- and megatrends impacting small and medium manufacturers well before they reach the production floor. Early insights into sustainability, digitization and evolving legal frameworks combined with deep market research on suppliers inside and outside the EU, enable guidance on raw materials, intermediate products, equipment and future operational requirements.

“Our interaction with customers goes beyond products. It’s about supporting their entire operation and helping them stay ready for what’s coming next,” says Dimitrios Spyropoulos, group commercial director.

Innvestio is an international group spanning the Netherlands, Turkiye, Greece and Bulgaria, anchored by a strong commercial footprint in Benelux and Southeast Europe.

How is Innvestio structured geographically and operationally to support diverse manufacturing markets?

This geographic breadth supports a diversified business structure built around three core segments: printing and packaging solutions, food and industrial applications and venture-driven affiliated activities. Innvestio operates as a wholesaler, distributor, converter and service provider across these segments ensuring customers receive integrated support.

Optimized Production and Technical Support across Sectors

Innvestio’s largest and most significant business unit, printing and packaging, operates as the execution backbone for manufacturers navigating complex flexible packaging environments. Rather than delivering standalone products, it provides a comprehensive portfolio spanning printing systems, converting technologies and essential materials across the full packaging lifecycle. This ensures alignment between equipment, substrates and production demands in resilient end markets such as food, cosmetics, electronics, retail, AOM and HoReCa.

What capabilities allow Innvestio to align equipment, materials, and production demands in packaging operations?

To support this execution role, Innvestio also maintains in-house converting capabilities. This enables local production and customization of water-based inks from base shades into customer-specific colors, alongside cutting and converting large jumbo film rolls into smaller, application-ready formats.

For machinery and industrial printing lines, Innvestio delivers continuous and comprehensive technical service through dedicated teams. Supported by a centralized technical center and augmented-reality tools, the teams reduce response times, improve first-time resolution and keep operations running 24/7.

In one instance, a Mediterranean health food brand faced the challenge of producing sustainable, short-run, high-quality, food-contact-approved flexible packaging with brand color consistency and ink adhesion on flexible films. Innvestio entered as the unifying technical partner and worked closely with its suppliers and production teams to deliver high-barrier films and digital printing technology that ensured full compatibility between the substrate and the ink. The result was rapid design changes, photo-quality graphics, shorter production cycles, and immediate improvements in key KPIs, including SKU deployment time, as well as a 25 percent increase in retail sales.

How does Innvestio translate technical coordination into measurable performance improvements for customers?

Customers regularly highlight the commitment to operational continuity, with one client noting, “Innvestio gave us confidence that they could provide both equipment and long-term operational support.”

Innvestio’s food & industrial applications business adds limited in-house converting and R&D for food-safety-related products, while its venture-driven affiliated activities, now spun off, span areas such as e-mobility and IoT services.

From Market Foresight to Practical Execution

Innvestio treats itself and its customers as interconnected systems. It follows a structured approach where market shifts are regularly reviewed and evaluated at the leadership level and integrated into its five-year strategic planning framework after validation. This disciplined approach ensures insights become action, and action becomes measurable progress for customers.

Innvestio aims to evolve into a medium-to-large, diversified international group that creates sustainable value for all stakeholders. It envisions sustainable growth in printing and packaging markets while pursuing organic and M&A-driven expansion in food and biotechnology. From 2026 onward, Innvestio plans to further develop its presence in the Netherlands.

With the next decade set to reshape packaging through sustainability mandates and accelerated digitization, Innvestio’s focus on foresight, service and diversification positions it as a long-term guide for manufacturers.
